Unlike the self-proclaimed experts on the internet, I think I actually know a thing or two about run 400m training (in my not so humble opinion). I've been dealing with run 400m training for years. Long time readers here might be surprised to read this but its true. The reason I'm talking about run 400m training here is that I'm tired of all of the BS that's floating around out there.
I decided that next Monday I'm going to do my part by educating the public about run 400m training; starting with my family, friends and co-workers. It can't be just me can it?! I might just tell it to my pet mouse for the heck of it. Hold up!
Check back here later for more information. My Firefox browser is acting up on me again and I need to reboot my computer. Let me just say one last thing about run 400m training. I'd really just like to say that run 400m training is not as very bad as some people say. Really. Sorry, got distracted. What was I saying again? Oh, right. .
